How to find NHS jobs with sponsorship?

Working in the NHS is a goal for many people. And it’s not hard to understand why. Good pay, excellent overtime, leading pension and full sick pay mean a career in the NHS is often a job for life for most people.

Unfortunately, many people require sponsorship, and therefore not all jobs in the NHS are suitable for them. We are going through the steps you need to take to find the NHS jobs that offer sponsorship.

  1. Look for the notice on the job advert that says ‘Applications from job seekers who require current skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications’.

  2.  Understand the rules, if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled candidate who already has the right to work in the UK applies for the job, the employer may not be able to offer you sponsorship.

  3. Therefore to prove you are the most qualified, experienced and skilled candidate, you need to make a good application, that’s where we come in.
