Terms and Conditions
HealthHire Portal – Terms & Conditions (UK)
1. Fair Usage Policy
HealthHire Limited (“HealthHire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to monitor usage of the HealthHire Portal (the “Portal”) to ensure fair, lawful, and appropriate use by all users.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Portal or any of its features where usage is determined to be excessive, abnormal, automated, shared, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with reasonable and ordinary use by an individual job-seeker. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, scripts, scraping tools, credential sharing, or any activity that places undue strain on platform infrastructure or undermines service availability.
Such measures may be taken with or without prior notice where necessary to protect system integrity, security, performance, or the experience of other users.
2. Lifetime Access
Where the Portal or any subscription or product is described as providing “lifetime access,” this term shall mean continued access to the Portal and its features for so long as HealthHire continues to operate and make the Portal generally available.
“Lifetime access” does not mean access for the lifetime of any individual user, nor does it constitute a guarantee of perpetual or uninterrupted availability. HealthHire makes no representation that any specific feature, functionality, or service will remain available indefinitely.
HealthHire reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify, enhance, restrict, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Portal or any part of it, including features described as lifetime access, where such changes are required for operational, legal, commercial, or technical reasons.
3. Use of AI-Assisted Features
The Portal includes artificial intelligence–assisted tools (“AI Features”) intended to support and enhance the user experience. These may include, without limitation, job recommendations, CV and application feedback, messaging assistance, and other automated content-generation or decision-support tools.
By using the AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) Usage Limits
AI Features may be subject to fair usage limits, rate limits, or caps to prevent misuse, system overload, or degradation of service. Such limits may be enforced automatically and reset periodically at HealthHire’s discretion.
b) No Professional Advice
AI-generated outputs are provided for general informational and assistance purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, recruitment, or career advice, nor should they be relied upon as such.
c) Accuracy and Reliability
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. HealthHire does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
d) User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and exercising their own judgment before relying on or acting upon any AI-generated content, including content submitted to employers or third parties.
e) No Guaranteed Outcomes
Any guidance, recommendations, or best practices provided through AI Features are not guarantees of performance, success, or outcomes.
4. No Guarantee of Employment or Results
Use of the HealthHire Portal, including access to job listings, AI Features, messaging tools, employer interactions, or other services, does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, or any specific career outcome.
HealthHire acts solely as a facilitation platform connecting candidates with potential employers or recruiters. HealthHire is not a party to any employment relationship and does not control or influence hiring decisions, employment terms, or workplace conditions imposed by third parties.
5. General Disclaimer
The Portal and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthHire disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
HealthHire does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects, nor that any errors will be corrected. Use of the Portal is at your own risk.
6. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
Any money-back guarantee, refund, or cancellation right offered by HealthHire is subject to compliance with these Terms.
Refunds will not be granted where HealthHire determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the user has engaged in misuse of the Portal, breach of these Terms, excessive or abnormal usage, account sharing, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of opportunity, income, data, reputation, or employment prospects, arising out of or in connection with use of the Portal.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
